How to register for the National Website – Feb 11, 2024

Dear member,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the APOC family!

You are now officially part of a proud trade union with a very progressive approach to Labour Relations. We are strong advocates of Alternate Dispute Resolution and Interest Based Negotiating as opposed to the traditional adversarial methods.

Our organization is governed by the National Executive, which consists of 4 full time officers, the National President, the 1st National Vice President, the 2nd National Vice President and the National Vice President of Finance & Administration, along with 9 Divisional Vice Presidents, who also work in positions within Canada Post Corporation. These positions are elected every three years at our National Convention.

Now that we have introduced ourselves, we strongly encourage you to take a moment and visit your APOC website ( As a member, you will have your very own section to view specific information and have additional access to such things, as:

✓ National consultation notes
✓ National policies
✓ Branch president meeting minutes
✓ National executive meeting minutes
✓ Finance committee reports
✓ Member specific forms

These are just some of the features available in our member only section.

The steps for becoming a member are fairly straight forward, as follows:
